Let's get it all started!

Starting with one of my favorites: Fudge Brownies (Nestlé website).

125 g NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Cooking Chocolate
125 g unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
125 g NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Dark Cooking Chocolate, extra
125 g unsalted butter

Method
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Melt NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Cooking Chocolate and butter together, mix well. Stir in sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla and walnuts.
Spread into greased and lined 20cm square pan. Bake 25-30 minutes, cool.
Melt together extra NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Cooking Chocolate and butter, mix well, refrigerate until spreadable consistency. Spread brownies with chocolate mixture, cut into squares to serve.

This is one of the most DELICIOUS recipe in the whole world. Highly recommended by ME...hehe
